Turn insight into action. Watch yourself get there.
A monthly check-in across six research-backed areas of mental performance — plus dedicated tracks for injury recovery and life transitions — building a real profile, not just a score. Coaches get the team view to know exactly where to step in.
YOUR ARCHETYPE
The Steady Hand
Brings calm, controlled execution to the biggest moments.
STRENGTHS
Confidence carries into high-pressure moments without hesitation.
Attention holds steady even when the environment gets chaotic.
Bounces back from a bad rep or a bad outing faster than most.
DEVELOPING
Composure holds in practice but slips a notch when the stakes go up.
Burnout risk is trending up as the schedule gets heavier — worth watching.
PRIORITY FOCUS
Motivation dips noticeably between competitions — worth a closer look at what's actually driving it day to day, and whether it's tied to something beyond the results themselves.
THIS MONTH'S PROFILE
PATTERN SPOTTED
Composure tends to dip right alongside Motivation — the two move together, so addressing one without the other rarely holds.
SUGGESTED ACTION — THIS MONTH
Set one small, specific reason to show up before every session this month — tie it to something beyond the scoreboard.
THE PROBLEM
Reps get logged. Splits get logged. Power numbers, mileage, minutes played: whatever the sport, the output gets tracked. What rarely gets written down is how an athlete is actually doing mentally — confidence heading into a big competition, whether burnout is quietly building, what's helping and what isn't. And the moments that hit hardest, like an injury, a transfer, or moving away to play or continue your sport, almost never get measured either.
THE APPROACH
Every gap above becomes one of three tracks below — everyday performance, injury recovery, and life transitions — so nothing about an athlete's mental game goes unmeasured, not just the good days.
A monthly check-in across the six domains that quietly decide how an athlete performs.
A staged track for the mental side of coming back — separate from, and just as real as, the physical one.
For a move away to study or continue your sport, or transferring teams or programs — a genuinely different mental landscape.
BETWEEN CHECK-INS
Missions set the direction, and process goals turn them into action.
Focus on what you can control, track your progress, and keep doing the work that moves you closer to where you want to be.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO SEE IT
Same six domains as the report, told a different way. Every check-in adds a leaf — the plant remembers all of them.
HOW TO READ IT
Each leaf is one check-in — your most recent ones, oldest to newest as you move outward from the stem.
Bigger, brighter leaves are your most recent check-ins. Color still tracks the same status as the report.
STRENGTH
Keep up with your past performances journal!
PRIORITY FOCUS
No rest day in 3 weeks
DEVELOPING
Reminder to practice your breathing resets
PROOF, KEPT
Not just results — a habit you kept, a hard moment you handled, a comeback you're proud of.
Sort into preparation, past performances, gratitude — becomes evidence you can return to for confidence, motivation, composure, or belief.
And like any bank, you can always open new accounts — the goal is simply to keep building evidence you can come back to when you need it most.
YOUR EVIDENCE BANK — 14 DEPOSITS
Proud to step into a leadership role during this weekend's race and support my team, even though we didn't get the result we wanted.
Grateful to feel this healthy again after dealing with my injury for so long. This experience has helped me realize how lucky I am to do what I do.

WHY IT WORKS
Athletes get a space that's genuinely their own — your responses stay private. If joined as a team, your coaches see only the patterns worth watching, never raw scores or the answers behind them.
Every domain is grounded in established constructs and research in sport and performance psychology — translated into practical insights, not just theory.
Dedicated tracks for injury recovery and life transitions sit right alongside everyday performance — built for the hard stretches, not just the weeks everything's going well.
A practical personalized report with specific, achievable goals to work on each month — turning insight into continuous progress, not a score you look at once and forget.

QUESTIONS
Is this therapy?
+No. This is a self-report mental performance snapshot, intended to give athletes and coaching staff a shared, coachable picture of the mental side of performance — not a clinical or diagnostic psychological assessment. It measures how an athlete currently sees their own mental skills, not a health status.
Does my coach see my actual scores?
+Coaches see patterns worth watching, never raw scores.
Who actually writes my report?
+Each report is drafted from the athlete's own data, then reviewed and signed off by a mental performance consultant before it ever reaches them — it's never fully automated.
How long does a check-in take?
+Most athletes finish in under 10 minutes. It's a handful of questions per domain, once a month, not a long survey.
What if I'm dealing with an injury or a life transition?
+You can move onto the injury recovery or life transition track at any point — the questions adjust to what you're actually going through instead of asking about competition performance. It runs alongside your regular check-in rather than replacing it, since you're still an athlete in every other area while you work through it, and you can view both reports once you've taken each.
Can I use this on my own, without a team?
+Yes. The Individual plan is built for solo athletes — no coach, team, or program account required to get your check-ins, missions, and monthly report.
Do I have to be a competitive athlete to use this?
+No. Whether you're training for competition or you exercise because you genuinely enjoy it, the same mental skills show up — confidence, composure, motivation, and the rest. Set goals that fit your own reason for showing up.
Is this for all sports?
+Yes. The domains are built on general sport psychology, not tied to any one sport, so they apply whether you play an individual or team sport.
What are the assessments based on?
+Our assessments are built around established constructs and research in sport psychology. Each domain is designed to translate that science into practical insights athletes and coaches can use to guide development.
How is athlete data protected?
+Your responses are private. Coaches see only general categories, never your exact scores or answers, and nothing is sold or shared.
